Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. For oversized items or white-glove delivery, please allow 2-3 weeks for scheduling and transit.

What is your return policy for home decor items?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Haute Decor ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders soon.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal to monitor your delivery in real-time.

Are the colors on the website accurate to the real product?

While we strive for high-resolution accuracy, colors may vary slightly due to studio lighting and individual monitor settings. We recommend ordering fabric swatches for upholstery items.
