At Haute Decor, we want you to love your home as much as we do; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and hardware included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
